Another game that reminds me of the story is stray. On the surface stray is about a cat who wants to go back to his family and tries to find a way to escape, but the more depth you go into the story the more it gets darker, obviously it isn't very dark but still dark.

I am confused as the war seemed to have happened a long time ago(since dates were not given of present we can assume a long time as it took for the vegetables to build a society) and liz being the only survivor does not make sense as she should be older or dead(more likely as how would she survive,no food or water) also she was not dead before we came close to her as the cupboard was shaking so that is the only plot hole otherwise this game is a 2hr banger
