IN THE OVEN 180 °C (356 °F)/ 30 MIN
for the sauce:
garlic - 1 piece
olive oil - 20 ml (0.7 fl oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
salt - 3 g (0.11 oz)
IN THE OVEN 160 °C (320 °F) / 10 MIN
mayonnaise - 30 g (1 oz)
lemon juice - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
mustard - 20 g (0.7 oz)
sweet paprika - 5 g (0.18 oz)
soy sauce - 10 ml (0.34 fl oz)
salt - 5 g (0.18 oz)
black pepper - 3 g (0.11 oz)
