Judaism is a religion just like Christianity and Islam, no more, no less. Do you consider that an antisemitic claim? Most Jews actually descend from converts whose native lands were scattered far across the Middle East and Eastern Europe. The idea todays Jews form a people is a myth invented in the 19th century.

The Arabs are only the latest conquerers and occupiers just like the Assyrians, Seleucids Hellenists, Romans, Ottomans, British, read academic history, man. Though Ben-Gurion's government did do a little underhanded dealing, he built it on Jewish land. Judaism spread through proselytizing of pagans in Kuristan, Southern Arabia, Eastern Europe and Northern Africa. The Jewish inhabitants of the Levant (Palestine, Lebanon) largely converted to Christianity and later to Islam and switched to the Arab language, just like to the Gauls switched to Latin after the Roman conquest.
