I will say with devil wears Prada it was Andy’s “oversharing” monologue that got her the job, it made Miranda curious and intrigued by her audacity to be straight with her and not cower in fear like others.

You're right, but we're speaking on principle here. 99% of situations won't pan out that way, it's just embarrassing. It was Andy's assertiveness at the end of the conversation that landed her the job, not her oversharing. Remember how quickly Miranda dismissed her at the start?

I'd really like her to do like a difference between being communicative and oversharing. I love alexa demie for her personality but so do I love Emma chamberlain for her expressive personality and she knows how to make the audience her bestfriend. Would love to know your opinions as well.❤

Basically what I understood from this is that you should talk less in normal social time and you need to talk more when it's more formal like in a job interview not hiding your things .. when you should know that how you are doing all these things when you are just big enough to other things.
