As someone who struggles with delegation, this was really helpful! I’m realizing how important the Cultivate step is - making sure everyone is following the same values and mission so they can make decisions without me. I like thinking of it kind of like driving. You can teach someone how to drive a car, but if they don’t know where they’re going, you would have to stay in the passenger seat with them the whole time to give them directions.
