The story about the ox always pisses me off, even though I understand the concept, there is no agreement or accord between the corpse of an animal and the man mutilating it... but I do grasp the meaning, as it has to do with knowing your surroundings or intuitively knowing the structure and anatomy of whatever it is you're working on, etc.
