She is an excellent swimmer. She definitely knows how to swim, that's for sure. There's no way I could have survived swimming any of these underwater courses, especially the caves at the start of the video. I would have drowned for sure. I can't hold my breath for that long through an obstacle course. She did it like it was nothing. Most people probably could not have done what she did in the caves. That's really impressive what she did.
