It’s important to learn to be more in the flow of life. This means learning from the past and retrieving all the threads from it with which to better weave your existence now and for the future.

I never thought about it that way. …You also have to let go of good memories, cause it can also hold you back from experiencing more good.

Thank you. All 3 of my dogs were rescues, all of them gone now. When I find dog hair on a jumper or in a suitcase, I still get wistful and melancholy. I carry the lessons they taught me about unconditional love and patience.

Thank you thank you thank you so much! I've been through some really tough challenges lately, and I'm trying to break patterns and learn from them what I need and move forward in a growth mindset, and your videos are absolutely my cup of tea. These ideas and the way you convey them are so nourishing to my noggin and soul at the moment, thank you. I was feeling alone in trying to come out of things sturdier but without damaged faith and trust in people, I have found solace in your wisdom which is so validating and inspiring of acceptance at the same time as holding on to hope and vigour. Thank you immensely

❤ I've been struggling for quite some time. I've tried to remain optimistic, but it has not been easy. I know I am blessed 🙏 in many ways. I find playing my musical instruments takes away my worries. Blessings 🙏 to you. KATIE ❣️ KENTUCKY!

I never thought that my dog could die. Unfortunately, we often don't notice the aging process in animals-they don't get wrinkles, they don't go bald, and they remain playful even in old age.

Emmy in my mind l am walking along with you having a chat about life .and enjoying nature. I am trying to put your wisdom and good sense into my mind and engage with that instead of the blur of negativity that was always coming into my mindset. Thanks for the good stuff Emmy. A Mary out there (Ireland) is using it. Mary 💚

You're so doing something so very valuable to this world. There should be a pat-on-the-back emoji for the good that you're doing. This fact is incumbent upon us all - to share what we've learned! To leave a ladder, no matter how short, to help those coming behind us.

Yes, lets leave lots of ladders and stepping stones and bridges for those who come after us on the path.

How do you let go of something that gives you nightmares every night? Each night you see people laughing at you and you cannot sleep at all. I was bullied for years and even in university by adults and i have seen people being bullied and kill themselves. How can i live my life anymore knowing that there are people dead and what i want to do for my future is constantly beaten and making me a failure? How can i progress in life when i keep failing because of the people in this world bullying me? I am twenty four now and i am unemployed, no girlfriend, and a huge failure because every time i try to do something for myself, i ended up being beaten by parasites around me that latch onto my hard work, blaming me for their failured and making me unable to live with my life anymore. How can i live my life anymore?

Wow. Beautiful. Beautiful woman and soul and wisdom. Thank you for taking the time to share of yourself and your peace as we all try and learn from one another with the goal of moving forward a little easier and with more inner peace and acceptance of what is, a continued editing of our stories, resilience, and of course those tears, those ubiquitous tears.

Emmy takes a holiday and the world is a happier place. At least from where I am sitting. Thank you. As another human in the world the reminder to let go off things that were valued is important so nee things can come in. Reminds me of the story of the apprentice coming to a wise person who offered the learner tea but the student's cup was full so when tea poured in it poured out of the cup. The student needed to empty their cup so they could receive the lesson and wisdom

I'm glad you enjoyed your vacation. Such holidays restore the energy and pleasure of life. Letting go difficult experiences and beautiful ones, we must take with us what we learned from them, what enriched us and made us more understanding life. At my age it is one of the most important lessons.I ask my spirit and it says: "you can do this" .❤Is not easy, but what is easy ? Thank You Emmy !
