Dear Dreamer,
how to be happy in life and how to preserve happiness once we find it?
These are two questions I guess everybody is occasionally asking themself. Especially when things seem glum.
The answer I found for myself is simple but hard to accept.
Happiness is all around me. It can be found in every single moment. I need to remind myself of that. Start looking past the annoyance, the stress, the anger, and the frustration and find it in the "Hello" of a stranger walking by, in the laughter that follows a joke, in the warmth of a hug, or in taking a breath of frosty autumn air.
