Great video! To that I would add: 1. Adopt POOGI (Process of Ongoing Improvements) from the Theory of Constraints as the management's mantra. 2. Manage everything else as Continuous Improvements/Kaizens/Social collisions (no piecework ideology). 3. Allow those with ideas to choose their mentors. (Read Lars Kolind's book "The Second Cycle") x. Understand the concept of the Path of Least Resistance (and its dangers) from Robert Fritz, plus Structural Tension Charting. y. Practice Open Book Management i.e. grow business acumen, new leaders, introduce GGOB (The Great Game of Business) z. Save/Protect/Integrate your local community by understanding Mondragon Cooperative.

I think more people took time to listen and absorb the gems. He said in the beginning he’s clear on what he does but was answering the why he got these results. I’m almost certain someone who said nothing at all developed a cadre and recruited a champion and solved a problem.

No blam idea is real and it came from our Great Father Adam for not following Creator's instructions to not eat from the forbidden tree.
