How I love Master Osho. If I may add, there was this student who was into meditation,but really wanted to perfect his Medication technique. 😅. So he came his master early one morning and sat down to meditate as usual. So his master showed him some new tricks and how to breath. Etc. But this time his master wanted to test him a little before left his student. He said, to him "Just Don't Forget the Monkey". 😅. After a long while some hours later his master returned, and saw that his student was not quitely meditating he was very restless. So when his master appeared before him the student just couldn't contain himself he jumped up. And said, master when U left me U said that in meditating I mustn't "Forget the Monkey". Usually I manage to drift off into a beautiful state of awareness and watchfulness. But damn, all I could think of and focus on was. "The Monkey"... Please help me to stop thinking about the monkey....The moral of the story, is that his master just showed his student how fickle the mind is...😊😅😂....

Yet the watcher is the watched, therefor the mind, watching is not of me but the me is always there when there is watching, even when watching the mind. Anyone else notice this?

It's object - subject & the one who is watching both that object & subject , osho is pointing to this last- final - 3rd normena as Ultimate Self Reality of one & all human's if one is aware & alert & can practice to see this subtle switchover.

@@jonescruehow can you see yourself watching you. Whatever it is that you are observing cannot be entirely you. Even if it is a part of you. I think I understand what you mean. Perhaps it’s the mind or body you are observing?

@@mr.jakobe1194 i suppose because we are fractured, so yeah whatever we observe is just a fracture, one fracture watching another fracture-thats the loop. But how do come to that harmonious watching where there are no fractures as Osho became, is a mystery.

There cannot be a me if the watching is complete. what u are experiencing is watch the mind and the mind is the one watching it. It is the trick of the mind. Once u go beyond that the true watcher exists. Takes time and practice

Krishnamurti said 'observer is the observed ' just because there is no separate entity that observes. When there is mere pure observation there is no 'observer ' separate from the 'observed'. When one ardently observes as Osho says, what JK meant becomes quite evident.

What "you" fundamentally identify as is the brain activity recognized as consciousness. It is generated by your body and does not have a separate existence.
