Thanks for the patience y'all. We had some data corruption issues so if you see a pink screen for a few seconds....that was the corrupted footage. We'll be back to our normal Wednesday 9AM PST posts next week.

Random comment here: On the topic of Filipino's in America, I was recently at Morro Bay in California and there is a plaque in remembrance of the first Filipinos that arrived on continental USA.

Updated: Finished. Probably the best episode I’ve seen. Maybe I’m biased lol but I love the different representation and you all dipped into different topics. Learned some cool historical stuff too 👍 --- Tokyo Vice, One Piece (Mackenyu), YuYu Hakusho and Alice in Borderland was trending this year

I'm from SoCal and my city celebrates FAHM (Filipino American History Month) annually, and a festival on June 12th for Filipino Independence Day When I found out about AAPI month, I saw it as an extra month to celebrate 😂🥳

I remember the time I was looking around the internet for a new underdog to support and thought I'd check out Andrea. Whatever she lacked in experience was well made up for by her natural comic talent and her stage presence. She was good enough that I thought she didn't need extra support from me, but I'll give it to her anyway. 😊 Hey... Fumi looking cool like Ryo from the Shenmue game.

There is a significant minority in the Philippines who do not like America and Filipino-Americans is unfortunately a glaring symbol of American colonialism. This is in spite of western media drumming up propaganda on how America is so loved by Filipinos. The current situation in the South China Seas is not helping, as these Filipinos see this as America trying to Ukrainize the Philippines, ultimately sacrificing Filipinos in a war only the US wants.

The guy in the brown jacket is right. Kpop is mad trying to market to the international market. So many kpop songs these days are actually in broken English. Not to mention more and more groups are incorporating American members, Chinese members, Japanese members, etc.
@mdilham52375 ай бұрын
But that's the lure of it... u dint need to break in to and english speaking market with perfect English... if its nice to hear and fans like it, that's more than enough... but also, BTS and Newjeans are doing it and. Otball if their songs are English...
