I mean, she had done the show with Matt for so long up to that point that she probably thought that he must be under enormous stress for him to just go insane like that. You can see that she feels bad for the crew, but that she is also concerned about Matt, and you can see her sort of biting her lip, either because she doesn't want to get yelled at or because she feels that it is not an appropriate time to engage him on his attitude. I felt really bad for her, but I'm glad it was all a joke.
