Exactly. Mavs fan here. I exspect them to come back way stronger in game 2. Ant said simply the truth: after that Denver series and game 7, they were tired. Probably not only bodywise, but mentally. It is still a young team going deep in the playoffs for the first time. They will be adjust and be ready for game 2, i have no doubt about that..

Seriously, people assuming JJM is going to be the starting QB out of the gate have not been following the Vikings closely. KOC has mentioned the extensive development process he’s created for the rookie several times. They are going to develop him over the course of the year like KC did with Mahomes, and the only way he plays is if he is able to operate 100% of the offense and they are satisfied that they’ve fixed his mechanics. Darnold is the starter and Mullins is the backup until then … which is most likely the entire year.
