It's unethical. EC approval is mandatory prior sharing any info

@@sharma.devang9594 one of my audit has been raised the query regarding discrepancy observed in signature of patient and auditor add the photographs of patient signature from informed consent and ID proof.. it's not right way to to add the photographs in report to support such a observation.
