My look at the Hypersonic Plus from Victor. An amazing racket that single handily changed my view of the brand.

Hi, may I ask what tension and which strings you strung with?

@@VelocityProjectB oh thats a relatively high tension. Have you tried the auraspeed 100x? How does the Hypersonic plus compares to the 100x?

@@HHH1997 I have. The 100x is also a very good racket. More user friendly than the HS+ for sure. Just not as sharp of a feeling when taking fast shots.

can you compare it against the nanoflare 800 pro?

I do like the 800Pro more than the HS+. It's more likely to do with the handle being wood but it has a more solid hit and feel to it.

Have you tried the 3u? What are your thoughts compared to the 4u?

@@ccccc272 I have and I can say there really not much of a difference between the 2. I prefer the 4u just for a little weight savings

How is this compared to Mizuno Acrospeed 0?

The 0 is much harder to use mainly because of its head heaviness and stiffness compared to the HS+. Although HS+ is stiffer, it is more head light so do it does not require a much effort to start and stop the swing. Also, with the compact head, The HS+ does feel a tad more responsive. But the 0 is more the powerhouse of the 2. Both require a certain skill level but the HS+ is much easier.

Is 28lbs of tension the actual max and you cant go higher or is it just the recommendation? (Like how yonex recommends 28lbs as max tension for their rackets)

I have done 28m-30c with no problems. Just finding out to Victor grommets are really not good. I've already had to switch them out after 2 restrings on one racket.

@@VelocityProjectBby the way, how would this compare to Auraspeed 90K Metallic and Thruster F Enhanced?? I’m planning to buy either ARS HS+ or the 2 above. The only thing I’m worried about is both Auraspeeds breaking during small mishits or clashes (just like the Nanoflare 1000Z)

@@devy1440 I have yet to get my hands on the 90km. Thruster has a much bigger head size than the HS+ so more user friend in terms of power and forgiveness during Mis-hits. Hopefully I'll get my hands on a 90km soon

I have yet to try the 90k but this is the best racket from Victor I have ever tried. Most recents, DX10M, Jetspeed T1 Pro and AS100X. This HS+ hands down better for me just on feel alone.

The HS+ is not as demanding as the 1000z. It's a much just friendly racket

@@VelocityProjectB That's really nice to know. I have a 4U 100x and 4U 1000z which I find both manageable. The extra stiffness rating on the HS+ is what holding me back from getting one.

If you're looking for something similar look into the 800Pro. It's the better racket of the 2 but it is the more expensive of them.

@@VelocityProjectB is the HS +, head lighter than the original HS? i know the OG HS is slight HH and got bigger head. Would you say this is closest to the js10 OG aswell?

@@robbjohn292 I have a friend with the JS10 OG and, although close to that, the Freecore makes it feel slightly more numb....and that's being picky. I have not tried the regular HS so I can't really compare that one sorry.

Its definitely different. HS+ feels sharper not more powerful. Gets better angle on the HS+ more pushing power with 100x....i hope that answers the question
