Shooting cactus is punishable by up to 3 years, 9 months. Or by death. Apparently an arm of the cactus fell on him first, weighing around 500lbs. Then the body of the cactus also fell on him and justice, in its way, was served. Saguaro's are endangered by invasive species - they don't need morons with guns shooting them too.
