If I lived out west I would definitely take my car to Mexico body shop, but I live on the east coast, I had a 74 year old Cuban body guy work on all my body work and the craftsmanship was so great and he told me people in the US are spoiled with all the new type tools and forgot how to fabricate things with nothing but there hands and minimal tools, I watched him and his crew make tools to finish a job stuff like that and was amazed, so he’ll yeah I would take my car or truck there

Yup, that's because they don't give them anything... No free handouts... They have homeless people, but it's not a problem...

Taking your car to TJ to get work done is ok if it doesn't leave your sight. Leaving it there is a major no no. Just last week a woman hear in SD had drugs placed under her car without her knowing. Was in the news. Its not worth the risk. Unless its a close relative you can trust foing the work

This is a big time myth... Along with the Drug Cartels that don't exist... People who usually say these things, have never been to Mexico and don't even own a passport...

@@rickfitzgerald4426 I showed you my Truth... you can go down and have them replace your brakes, paint your car, replace your convertible top, auto body, water pump etc... It's safe and there's things to do while you wait...Anything major engine or electrical, I'd keep it stateside...

You can have many things custom made and worked on in Mexico and the overall mentality your going to face is Rick's, Very Negative... Or, the other person fearing that some Cartel is going to use you to smuggle something across the border... 🤣😂🤣😅
