The Awful Royal Bride Looks

In the broad context of social circles, whether talkative or reticent, different identities, backgrounds, and personalities of newlyweds result in distinctly different wedding styles. For instance, Nordic royal weddings typically feature formal attire, luxurious and elegant. In contrast, nobility or members of deposed royal families tend to prefer a rustic countryside or seaside romantic style, which is quite popular among them.
However, today we are going to explore a perplexing phenomenon - despite having ample financial resources, some newlyweds choose a terrible wedding style. This choice is neither due to aesthetic differences nor a pursuit of simplicity, but rather a decision that ordinary people find hard to understand. In short, even if the couple has substantial economic strength, people can't help but ask: why would they make such a decision?

People's style, taste and finances vary. The most beautiful bride I encountered went to a charity thrift store and found a wedding gown, veil and shoes on one of the store's mannequins. The bride was 22 years old, and she decided to try on the outfit because money was tight and her big day was rapidly approaching. The people in the thrift store all waited for her to try on the outfit, and believe me---she emerged from that one dressing room as a vision of loveliness. The dress fit her to a T, the shoes fit, and the veil accentuated her hairstyle and framed her face. No one in the store expected that outfit to fit, but it did. The bride began to cry, and we knew she had found her wedding dress. The dress, veil and shoes were from 1948, and someone had obviously treasured the pieces for years to ensure their survival to 2022. All of us were so moved by the experience that we chipped in to buy her the dress, shoes and veil----$25 for all three pieces. More tears. The bride was alone shopping for a wedding dress, and she told us that her mother died three months before in a car accident. Our hearts went out to her. She walked out of the store with a dress, shoes and veil she was proudly going to wear on her wedding day. You don't need a designer gown, exclusive maker, or pricey bridal boutique to help you find the dress of your dreams. I think her mom was watching over her that day, and I am so glad that I got to witness finding her gown.

Princess Diana wedding dress made her look like a Christmas tree. She had a big veil, a big train, a big poofy skirt, and big sleeves. The dress has embellishments, lace, and ruffles.The only thing I loved was the tiara.

Plus it didn't fit her properly. It was very loose around the waist, like it was the wrong size. And the straight lines of the train and veil didn't go well with the roundish, poufy skirt and the huge sleeves. I wish she had worn the more delicate 'back-up' gown that her designer has recently revealed.

The dress of Diana had to be dramatic because of the magnitude of St Paul's......as for the fit....she lost an awful lot of weight.....she must have been as nervous as she had hardly any courtship with charles so she hardly knew him ......not like Catherine and Williams engagement,,,theyknew each other.....

That was a fun little video! I agree with your assessments of these looks. Most of them had some redeeming features but the overall failed to “land”. Princess Alexandra’s bandage dress was tragic, it simply did not work for her figure. She’s a pretty girl and could have been a stunning bride. I’ve seen numerous videos on successfully styled royal/high profile brides and one of my favourites is Lady Sarah Chatto.

I worked as a bridal consultant in a bridal salon for a year and discovered that brides had different reasons for picking their gowns and that some brides did not have good taste at all. Even royal brides don't necessarily have good taste. But, utimately, it is the marriage that is the important part of the day and if the bride feels good in that dress then that is great. We did try to steer them away from dresses that would really have been a disaster on them such as small spaghetti-straps on a large busted bride or a mermaid style on someone who just didn't have the body for it. But, if the bride was determined that was what she wanted, then more power to her. They know the dress when they see it.

Princess rajwa second dress was bad. Maria Laura and her mother outfits were bad. Diana dress was bad. Princess XYZ from echevaria family was terrible. Queen Mary of Denmark wasn't pretty good. Wellesley dress mrs Santo domingo was bad Not a fan of queen noor dress. Countess of Osborne dress and hairstyle was weird. Not a fan of hairstyle and makeup of dutchess of Westminster. Not a fan of dutchess Sarah dress. Queen Tania or empress of Japan dresses are not my favorite. Charlotte casiraghi dress was bad. Of course I'm not a fan of Monaco dresses except for top from grace wedding dress and Charlene.
