I always thought the idea of the backrooms being an amalgamation of the ideas, architecture, and plans of places past, present, all thrown together at random all of which are generally in a plain and liminal state. This video takes even more of those ideas and combines em. Excellent work sir.

u literally nailed it man, so nice, the visuals, the audio the ambience, the tension, also if any one is reading this, at the end the mannequin and the song was a really good old of the creepiest creepy pasta that was posted as a video years ago under the name of "i feel fantastic" about a women that has been killed and the killer used her hair style, clothes into a mannequin with a disturbing song in the back ground, is it me and JD Archives are the only ones who remembers it ?

It’s crazy cause I’ve had dreams a lot like me in places like these that look like backrooms but more of buildings like empty malls and me walking and just sensing something watching me or following me and also like a place like the ones that have the pools I dreamt those I mean I wouldn’t be surprised if these backrooms actually exist in another dimension or something maybe even could be like limbo place for ppl when they pass away ? Like souls that can’t fully move on? Who knows or it might not exist but I seen comments and heard stories from ppl saying they dreamt these a lot too so who knows it be so crazy and scary if it actually existed somewhere outside our universe 🤷‍♀️ but great gameplay! It could be that liminality, and the very nature of the "backrooms" is a part of the collective human subconscious. Archetypes as Jung called it. Not real in any physical sense, but real in the metaphysical. It's nowhere we will ever or could go, but it is already a part of us. It's no accident or coincidence that humans find the backrooms and it's imaginary scary and unsettling. So while I don't think it physically exists, I think it is and always was part of collective human subconsciousness
