Now THIS is what I'm talking about! This is quality. The creepy vibe takes me back to the beginning of all this back rooms stuff. It's turned into a joke now, but at first it gave a feeling similar to those creepy stranded in the middle of the deep ocean videos with the slow motion music and then a giant monster usually pops out at the end. This gives me that kinda vibe.. PLEASE make more like this!

WOW, amazing. One of my favorites backrooms video. The sound is far better than most of the BR videos, amazing. The self talking didn't start so well but the increasingly paranoia and hyperventilation of the guy were perfect. The calm entity instead of a chasing one was great. I didn't like the fish eye lens at first but somehow it worked. The designs are oppressive as it should be, and I like them even though they don't keep the expected monotony. Hope to see much more from you.

Just subscribed! HIGHLY impressed! Outstanding work! This is a so well made with a combination of amazingly creepy environments along with well created and horrifying entities. Loved seeing through the windows and a mini version of the different levels including level fun! That was soooo cool. Also seeing the high rise ceilings with all those lights in random places really showed us how big the Backrooms can be. Not only was the Wanderer in danger of the entities, but also the environment. It felt "alive", as if to torment the Wanderer. The ending was seriously HORRIFYING. Seeing that "person" stand there at the doorway and then their head tilted.

Nice work!! That was creepy as Frik dude! I felt the hair on my neck and arms standing up by the end. I love all these backrooms videos. They are able to instil a sense of claustrophobia. That feeling of being trapped with no way of escape that really makes for a good horror story. Every corner turned. Every room entered I expect a monster to pop out of the wall paper and scare the chocolate pudding right out of me. But it doesn’t and that just makes the suspense grow and grow. Keep up the great work.

Since Kane Pixels isn’t allowed to produce anymore Backrooms because he’s making that Backrooms film, you could be the new Kane Pixels. Sorry for the armchair criticism but the reason I’m giving it is because it IS very well done, and you could really have something that hits way harder than it does. Like it looks and sounds great, but it’s like the thematic development needs to be focused on. The good thing is that doesn’t need powerful expensive time intensive rendering farms to figure out So please take this as positive encouragement as it’s intended. ☺️. So for what it’s worth, I would figure out more of a plot and string some more interesting moments in long videos like this that are connected enough but differnet that people want to keep watching and find out more. A good rule is “EVERYTHING HAPPENS FOR A REASON”, even if it’s to provide atmosphere as a setup for something else. Nothings random, none of it. The more things are random, this works as a detriment to story. Especially as the Backrooms stories are basically a mystery making sure that YOU know why everything is there and where it’s going, and why you’re doing it, means everyone can theories about the details and know it really is worth doing. Because you KNOW that’s what people do. They focus on ALL the small details. It’s sad, isn’t it, if it turns out those details people thought might be meaningful weren’t meaningful at all and just thrown in because they just thought it looked cool or something. LITERALLY EVERYTHING, the sound design, the editing, the music choices, down to the microscopic detail as possible should at least be justified as meaningful and have a reason for being the way they are - in terms of connecting to your meta plot. One of the worst things is when a story is very vague and mysterious and you think there’s some elaborate story there, and then it ends and doesn’t answer the questions, and people develop all these theories but then you find out the writers literally had no idea themselves and just threw a bunch of loosely connected nonsense in it. It’s fine for people to never get what YOU meant by it, but if found some other way to connect all the meaningful elements that really are connected, that’s still going to be very satisfying to them and it’s potentially perfectly justified from that other perspective. An audience should never be confused, unless you wanted them to be confused. You want them to be like “I’m confused, but I know I’m supposed to be, and I know this means something and maybe we’ll find out later or I’ll figure it out later”. You never want to have a story where you have something happen and the audience is confused and they weren’t supposed to. They were supposed to understand something here, so later on they’d understand this over here, and connect all that to this at the end. But if they missed that important point, their perception of what’s going could fall off the rails. It’s not always this important, but sometimes is, especially in mystery puzzle type stories. That’s really a participation between the audience and the storyteller. You GOTTA be a storyteller. Stuff like this can only ever be so good without a story. In fact it can even be aesthetically far LESS well polished, BUT be MORE satisfying and MORE absorbing than something more aesthetically produced. That’s why people still like some older games and films rather than “visually pleasing roller coasters”. I‘ve been spoiled by Pixles and after a while, like after 15 mins or something I felt like I’m just been show around a map very intensely with sound design etc. Like “This is a guy stuck in the Backrooms and he’s wandering around and there’s some entities occasionally” . I know you had the government stuff at the start, that’s good but having more of a hook would really really help elevate it. Kane Pixels kept it quite short and to the point at the start, developed lore, and you felt like the slightly longer ones were like puzzle pieces. They also had good flow with tension and release and a good arc. Walking around spooky places for long periods eventually feels like it’s not going anywhere and there’s not much reason to keep watching once you’ve got that impression. You’ll the recent one that’s super long (Part 3) in the mall had a really strong setup, even in the video prior to that. It also had a really good flow in terms of the setup the entry, exploration, the “oh shit something really wrong” to being chased. I know at the end something more interesting happens but i really think many people won’t make it the far, or could hit so much harder. So maybe some stuff needs to be cut in future, or maybe something that tells me it’s going somewhere a bit more throughout. Like something that ties the sections together a bit more. No own will probably read this Adderall induced stream of consciousness but I’m just putting it out there

I think it's great that you're giving constructive criticism but I gotta say my reaction to this to some degree is "man, just sit back and enjoy the free entertainment". Personally I think the lack of an identifiable "story" was fine... this is supposed to be found footage, and not everyone has to make their stuff like Kane Pixels. It's cool that you're giving advice about what you find compelling though, I would just say it's just as good if the creator finds their own voice/style rather than making it too similar to something that somebody else already did. Better to be yourself than to be the "next ". Cheers.

*Feedback:* Positive: - Love the detail of the protagonist actually having a shadow. - The audible breathing is a good touch. - I like that you made it sound like (in stereo) that the person is actually behind the camera. - Good sound design with the door as well. - The camera shake is realistic. Negative: - Don't mix digital artifacts with analog ones, because it breaks the immersion. - The slowly pulsing fluorescent light is a bit weird.
