Super curious. Who’s finding the footage. Was this place built for a solution to housing gone wrong by unforeseen circumstances. Is it the place where coma patients go and somehow the scientists are viewing the patients dream through a crafted portal? Something to do with time, space, dimension, like Dr. Who and his TARDIS.
