I’ve been waiting for someone to post this scene of moe playing with the kitten. As if he was a bad guy at all. It’s unsurprising because canines are not naturally bad. The only time there’s a canine antagonist is either when they have been pushed or misguided. Honestly I should also mention that the people who wrote the fairytales that demonize wolves 🐺 were likely shroom users. I hear about how they went into the woods and had “visions” of the stories.

Wolfs were demonized in fairytales because back then in germany a wolf was the most dangarous thing you could meet in the forest. Also Wolfs were the evil in germanic Folklore. Also the brother grimm were not drug users, they just had alot of imagination which many adults lose in our modern world.

Here's a clue that tells Marmalade is bad: He leaves the cat up in the tree for the sole purpose of it waiting to be rescued. Let's say he was the cat's original owner, so you'd think he would take care of it when it was not working (that is, waiting to be rescued from the tree). After Wolf saves the cat and brings it down, we don't see the cat again until the climax - and it is *back up* on the tree, presumably left there by Marmalade! Fortunately, since the cat by now trusts Wolf, it found a new owner and joined him when he had time to rescue it again.

Honestly what first tipped me off was his aggressive reaction to the heart meteorite being called a butt rock. It's a silly little thing but for a supposedly nice guy he got really upset with it being mislabeled.
