You and your Dad are both intimidating in stature, it is nice that you are both so secure to treat people so respectfully. I think that 90 percent of people problems are caused by fear. There is a difference between the woman, probably strung out, and the rock guy, probably mental health issues, but you guys end up in a small space with both types. You see people when they are really at their lowest and saddest and yet they leave your shop knowing at least you listened. I am sure it means a lot.
