HEY! For anyone who has one of these, I got one a couple months back and got curious as to why the gears sounded so gnarly at times (diff needed grease obviously), so I had an idea since the diffs are the metal upgrades... I tip it on its side and count drops of MOBIL 1 FULL SYNTHETIC 10W30 into the front and rear housings. I honestly would rather add a couple drops more often as an inconvenience, than using grease from now on. SMOOTHEST car Ive got, it really brings this thing alive. I added just a little weight to the front end via some makeshift skid protection, not enough to inhibit speed (tested to be fact), but just enough to keep the front tires grabbing when they expand on hard throttle. Best rc Ive had yet. Even over the 16889a Pro.

It looks like for the speed run you didn't engage the higher speed from the ESC. It should say in the instructions to press the ESC button 5 times. Would love to see a new speed run in the faster mode.

@@Moneypit__RC lol I was hoping you would've been honest. I have that RC and handling is horrible when driving on pavement. At 70% its ok, but at 100% it's very challenging to max out without flipping over, and that's driving straight. Let's not mention amping it up to high gear

@@MrShaw83 I’m not lying. Mine is dead straight and handles well. You might have other issues somewhere. I had 3 of these all different brands but pretty much the same car and they have been great.

​@@MrShaw83I had a hard time controlling it at full throttle 3s on pavement. Hard would actually be an understatement. Fully gave me the Wiggins. Some people don't talk about the throttle delay or the squirrelly handling so maybe their units have less play in the plastic parts and \ or ground-up unicorn🦄 horn dust in the diffs 👈🏽 I hear that improves the handling, but I keep getting scammed on fake unicorn🦄 horns. Anyone know a good way to source unicorn🦄 horn dust that's NOT a scam? Yeah, that's what I thought. I did just find a boss deal on some magic beans, which, if planted will grow a unicorn🦄 tree, so I'm halfway there.

Throw them paddle tires on and run it around. You will have a blast. I see people running them paddle tires on any terrain. The car don't flip as much. You'll have more fun with it. You could give it more throttle go faster without it flipping. Give it a try maybe do a video on it cuz I know you'll like it. Can't wait to see the video if you do one. God bless😊😊😊😊

The telescoping cvds are junk. They didn't peen the pins at all and they fly out. Replaced soo many parts on mine already its ridiculous.

@Moneypit__RC the problem I've seen is that the first run of a new r.c. are good so they can sell their products, then after a few months they just make crap. Seems the ones they send out to you tubers for review are fantastic and the ones they sell are junk.

All l hear about is people saying how great this truck is. The axles are sloppy and the steering is sloppy for starters. I have a small jump in my yard and Everytime I take it out l break something on it. I can't tell how great it is. It's not tough at all to me. Just another budget Chinese junker.
