I saw them perform with my dad when I was younger i think like 97, In my hometown of Lock Haven, PA. Performing on a floating stage on the river. They were great.

One of my favs from back in the day. Been a fan of these guys since the 90's. The guitarist/vocalist (Bret Alexander) actually helped master and recorded bass on my solo album. Great guy and great band. Thanks for the all the feel-good tunes fellas.

The Last Shoegazer OMG! Me too! I just randomly did a search for them! My husband and I have seen them quite a few times. We drive (from Wisconsin) to Pennsylvania once to see them. They invited us to a party back in their hotel room. The tall blond guy... who’s name is escaping me right now... grabbed me and kissed me..stuck his tongue halfway down my throat 😛 we had the best time. So glad I found them. Someplace I have a poster I took off the wall. 😂

I really liked this band. Used to see them split the bill with the Clarks and The gathering Field among others back in the day at Nick's Fat City in Pgh. I imagine it was the same for them headlining in Central PA/Lancaster area with GF & Clarks opening etc. All those baby bands (that had actually been on the road for YEARS) got signed & dropped in the 90's, stupid labels with the throw it against the wall and see what sticks formula....bunch of cool bands got done dirty by all of that. It's cool that some of them are still around and playing though. Clarks, Badlees, Gathering Field, Affordable Floors, Athenaeum, bunch of bands that ended up on the Aware compilation discs. Some made it big but many more of them deserved to! But we have the reunion weekends and the one-offs for charity and festivals, and we have the music on CD & streaming to remind us of all the great times.

The Mid-Atlantic has always rocked! And it's honest rocknroll! Heard this last night waiting to check out at a Sheetz in NC. Told the cashier one of the big things I liked about Sheetz is their store music playlist. It's always rocknroll and a lot of it is Mid-Atlantic bands. Doesn't get any better.

haven't listened to this in probably 10 years, not even sure what memory popped in that brought me here -- I sure haven't heard it on 90s on 9 or PopRocks unfortunately, but after spinning Sad Caper and Be The One by Hootie (2 of my fave from them), I'm here and damn am I glad I did. Simple basslines but go beautifully with the acoustic guitars. Love the soulful chorus, so infectious: Resplendent in dignity....Angeline is Coming Home.

Her parents' house exudes a reborn air The bathtub virgins in the midnight air Seem to smile in celebration What an intercession All inertia washed away [Chorus x2:] Resplendent in dignity Angeline is coming home [Verse 2:] I'd fantasize her Clean and home again The quintessential reverie Free of pain Just to keep from going crazy While the cracks had claimed her And how that fantasy sustained [Repeat Chorus:] Resplendent in dignity Angeline is coming home [Bridge:] The beautiful acquaintance I desired has inspired me To levels unforeseen True admiration for someone Whose made it back from The hell she was in (The hell she was in) The hell she was in (The hell she was in) Aw, yeah, man [Verse 3:] When do I see her? What's said when I do? Do I let fantasized ideals come through? To hear her laugh At my hyperbole Would send me It's nice to have her Home and whole [Chorus:] Resplendent in dignity Angeline is coming home She's coming home Resplendent in dignity Angeline is coming Angeline is coming Angeline is coming home Hey, yeah She's coming come
