Quita, as always thanks for the great content. We do not get any of the added fanboy divisive nonsense we get from many WNBA content creators from you. You don't pick one side to create a divide. So many so-called fans and content creators are doing more harm than good by propping up their favorite player by putting down another player. This facility isn't just a good thing for the Fever it's a good thing for the entire WNBA. Wealthy people are generally very competitive. Many of these owners will not only want to keep up with the Joneses but will also want to outdo them. And right now bettering your team in the WNBA is a whole lot cheaper than the major men's sports. They do need to try to keep the ticket prices down. Get arenas filled on a nightly basis. Get fans hooked. Give them a great product. Then slowly raise the prices as you raise the experience. Make these a family-friendly experience. Have day games as much as possible on Saturdays and Sundays. Then have fun things to do that aren't terribly expensive before and after. Send players to schools for events. You get the kids hooked and they will pester the parents. And if its affordable parents will do it to keep their kids happy.

Surveys - the NCAA always sends a survey/evaluation to those who attend the tourney games (tix purchased through NCAA) I always complete the survey!! They won't know the good or bad experiences of fans if we don't tell them!!! aka last year sold out SO fast, and not just because of the Caitlin effect, but way too many tickets and good seats set aside for the high priced "packages" for "experiences". We must keep access available and affordable for the general fans in each FF city!!
@teshashannon270712 күн бұрын
Agreed. I tried to get close NCAAFF seats, and the only way was to go through the 3rd party premium package companies with all these fan experience add ons for thousands of dollars. I was like, "I just want to sit courtside or in the first few rows." I don't need all the other fluff because it is not like they give you access to the players and coaches. You are just doing tours or in the room with them from a distance. I want to see the game up close. That is why I go. As far as those surveys, I have done them every year since 2017, and none of my special needs requests have been improved. 😔

The garage sits on the corner of Delaware and Maryland. The new Fever facility will be across the street on the other corner of Delaware and Maryland and will be connected via sky walk on the other side of the parking garage. I personally think they need to move Atlanta to Raleigh and rebrand. Start fresh. The south is hard for women's sports, and it's football country. At least NC is a bigger basketball state, and Raleigh doesn't have an NBA , NFL, MLB, or MLS team to compete with. The only have NHL and NWSL, and college sports. But maybe there can be a connection between Duke and UNC basketball and the WNBA. The Dream have never thrived in Atlanta, even when they had Angel McCoughtry and Tip Hayes and were making it to the finals.
