I enjoy the Barsen'thor's story and the diplomacy, as well as action. I especially like the part where you get to impersonate a Sith lord.

After the Sith Inquisitor Story this is definitely my second favourite, I love the diplomacy. It makes you really feel like a Jedi that has to balance themselves between being a Jedi and Politician, it also shows how the Jedi kinda lost this part of themselves during the Clone Wars.

Agree. I really like the part where the treaty breaks and the council is just like “guess you’re gonna use that small army you’ve made now” haha! United worlds against a common enemy, great story telling.

I was shocked when I first discovered that the Female Consular is voiced by Athena Karkanis. I remember her from so many movies and TV shows mostly played interesting Side characters. Probably her biggest well known role Saw IV-VI

Most people claimed the consular story to be boring and just 'hunting for relics' but I always found it interesting. I enjoyed the 'three dimensional' story a ton. First the noeticons and the finding the plague master, then the politics of the Rift Alliance and lastly the more action type of the Children of the Emperor. I always found the Sage to be the more suitable subclass for the whole story but there never was anything wrong with the Shadow either.

I wish they continued the class stories past the based game. I could see the Rift alliance being used as an auxiliary force for the Republic on key planets

Nolan North gives an excellent performance as the male Jedi Consular, delivering Light Side and Dark Side option lines with just the right measure of emotion. I still remember his conversations with Nadia Grell where he talks about imagining sadness as a pebble. "And anyone can cope with a pebble." And his lines with Hallow Voice on Belsavis and even in later expansions when facing Malgus again, Nolan and the other voice actors are part of what makes SWTOR feel like a living universe.

Making me want to go back and replay the Consular story. It was one of my favorites. My first play was as a Shadow, Idk what style my next play should be 🤔

@@davidbeer5015 Shadow is definitely one of my preferred play styles. I prefer stealth, that way I can decide when and where to enter combat. It's very helpful in PVP to guard nodes and to skip mobs in story and PVE.

The Consular's story is good on paper but I feel like the voice acting makes it come across as boring.

LOL!! Love the assumption on the creators part that people played this Light Side. Consular was the most boring of the classes, until I played it Dark Side. Much more fun that way.
