That tracker idea is interesting. Over here one has to pass a background check to even do those jobs. This taxi thing in my opinion its not as complicated as it is. I used Uber and Lyft in the United States. When I request the ride and it is sent to me, the driver's name, pic, registration number, and type of car shown up on the Apps. The next thing I got the opportunity to share all that information to my loved ones and they can keep a track of that ride until I reached my destination. If the driver divert it can be detected.
