You need higher enigma levels for rarer Hunter Maps, which can be increased by defeating SoL and UL legends. Hunter Map III unlocks on lv6 (Dogu) and Hunter Map IV on lv10 (Luza)

@daffy93 so that means I'm very close then, just gotta beat probably like 1 or a few more UL legend stages I'm currently on the 10th subchapter and I've heard he appears somewhere on the 9-12 subchapter

The combo only benefits Slapstick Cats most. You can go around it by: 1. Boosting your Slapstick Cats 2. Replace with Research combo (beware of heavy cash consumption)
