Good work from both lines. I'm not sure if this was at the football game or not, but this is all love right here. EES and WHS broke the ice in 2015 when we blocked up and had a drum battle at the football game before halftime. This type of competitive encounter will push these lines to practice more, improve, and love their craft as well. I look forward to seeing more of this. There is nowhere to go but UP from here. HERE IS MY CRITIQUE..... EES have to find confidence in what they play. Also practice what is to be performed. Save the communication for practice. Show up to present rather than instruct within. Minor flaws in detail and phrasing as well. Great energy, good tuning. I LOVE BLACK PINSTRIPE REMO BASS HEADS!!! The quint seemed to have took my advice on finding his patterns instead of freestyling throughout. Also remain humble whole the other line is playing (referring to the cymbal flashing). KEEP IT UP DOGGS. Way to keep up our legacy! -Big Brother "LOVE" *STICK DOGG since 2002* WHS, nice tuning on those basses!!!!!!! I would look into raising the pitch on those tenors although I understand each line/band has it's preference. Snares can work on attacks and releases, play "through" the snare!!! I see more confidence in parts and phrasing coming from this line. Quints could try to find the opportune moment to step out and present themselves rather instead of coming out several times. The same could go for the cymbal players. I just heard some familiar cadence's from this line that got me hype. Keep bringing the heat WHS!!!!! To both lines, work on playing together! Each line of instruments should sound like 1 person, CLEAN!!! This is just the beginning of something epic! I'm sure the other lines in the city will want to get in on this. So always be prepared, remain humble, show love, and respect each other!!!
