I’m beginning to wonder if colleges problem isn’t that he can’t micro, but that he’s a terrible manager. He always seems to struggle to coordinate his coops when he is the main controller but when he is someone else’s coop things seem to work relatively well. His coops are always misunderstanding his orders and doing stupid stuff that ends up causing problems and he often doesn’t realize that there’s been a miscommunication until everything has collapsed.

Multiplayer is kind of a pain specially with a large friend group (Equestria is maxed out of as a 3 v 5 with minors like yakk and bears being to weak to be a tiebreaker without killing each other first, Griffonia is the opposite with more minors and a very few but dominant countries and Zebrica is a mess)

Yeah EaW is fun with like 3 or 4 people but the only really fun way to do more people is have them in seperate continents where they probably won't even interact for at least eight years into the game. The Equus coops would be busy fighting each other and same with the Griffonian coops. EaW doesn't really have a World War Function aside from the Dread League unlike here in actual WW2 in base hoi4. But aside from that, an EaW game would be unfathomably based

Griffonia would probably be fine I feel. Equus is just the Changeling/Equestria show and turns into Kaiserreich after that blows over, which isn't engaging for a MP game. Zebrica is just too unfinished for a serious game atm, there's what, 6 countries on the continent with actual content? Griffonia has plenty of factors that make for an engaging game that wouldn't be one sided. Pretty much any of the majors there can end up dominant depending on how things go, and most of the minors are fun asf to play. Even better, the minors aren't pre-assigned a side like base game, so there could be a lot of fun with minors trying to pick which horse they hitch their wagon to :P Sadly Bo has said before he generally dislikes fantasy type mods for Paradox games cuz then he'd have to learn the lore and such to have a chance of engagement. So to even HOPE for such a game they would need someone familiar with the mod and/or the original show to at least give them some basic knowledge.
