Hey guys, a bunch of people are always asking what I have done to the Battle Wagon and instead of answering the same questions over and over again I figured I'd post an in depth build breakdown. I think I mentioned most of the upgrades and modifications in this video. If you have any additional questions feel free to leave a comment! Got some fresh new riding content coming soon.

Another good video. A lot of useful information. MAINTENANCE boys and girls. Fix it before it breaks. It's easier to change that wore out ball joint in the driveway then it is in the woods.

I agree oem wheel bearings are the way to go. I have over 4000 kms on my Suzuki Kingquad and play in the water and mud all the time and the wheel bearings are still good to go.

I feel ATVs do better with the bearings as there just isn’t as much weight and stress. In the SXS world it’s different. I feel it’s been a weak spot in the Polaris machines for a long long time. I’m hoping they address it moving forward. I’ve heard they have made changes on the turbo r and pro r models.

Hey Julian, really appreciate the maintenance video.. Yes, maintenance is key, I live by it...I used to be a heavy line mechanic now a I manager of a very busy auto shop, so I'm pretty adverse in maintenance and mechanical repairs... Speaking of which, look like your front rotors are pretty lipped up, May want to change them out next time you do your pads lo. l also, I really like GGB exhaust. As you know, I have a Segway villain. Do you know if they make exhaust for the Segway villains? I like the dual exit like the original. I currently am sporting the RJWC exhaust and I don't like the sound nor do I like the two stacks exiting out the passenger side, looks gaudy!! I prefer the dual exhaust look just like the CF Moto puts out. Once again, if GGB makes exhaust for the villain please let me know. Appreciate your time! TRUMP 24!

Hey man. Ya, maintenance is key on these. Always something to do, it just never ends. As for the brakes I saw your other comment where you heard me mention I’m gonna change the rotors. I should have done them a little while ago but just been putting it off. I’m gonna rebuild the brakes completely soon. Got new sliders for the calipers and new rubber boots. Hoping that solves all my premature pad wear issues. As for the GGB villain Exhaust, ive talked to the team at GGB and they have a few other models they are working on but will likely be releasing a system for the Villain as well down the road. Not sure on time frames yet. I too like the dual exit look and think it should be maintained.

I’m looking at adding the retractable seat belts to my rzr. Have u had any issues with mud and crap getting into them and messing with the mechanism ?
@AdrenalineJunkieProd
@AdrenalineJunkieProd 2 ай бұрын
I’ve had the IMMI Click6 retractable har eases on the Battle Wagon for around 6 years now. I’ve never had one jam up from debris. I did one pressure was them in the winter and then the machine froze up and the mechanism froze but that was totally my fault. Never cause any long term issues though. I’ve rolled the machine with them a few times and they have always worked. I’ve heard others say that at times if your leaned over and you roll they can possibly lock up too loose. So if you are racing and jumping and really going insane maybe a standard harness is better but for trail riding and general use I didn’t think there is a better setup. They are so comfortable that it’s brutal to get into a machine without them when you get used to having them. I love mine and recommend them to everyone.

Great video. Glad to see the battlewagon looking fresh and ready. Myself and my riding friends avoid SATV because of poor fitment, and customer service we've received. Glad as a sponsor they at least treat you ok though.

Thanks man! Sorry to hear you’ve had some bad experiences with SATV. Over the years our crew has had mostly positive experiences. Once in a while you hear of a difficult return or a warranty they reject but to be honest, it’s been very rare amongst the people I know. Even before I was teamed up with SuperATV in the early days of the channel we ran a lot of their parts and they would generally stand behind their products very well. Nothing is perfect though and issues come up. That’s why I try my best to be open and as unbiased as I can. I don’t push specific products very hard, I focus on showing off how they work in the real world and providing the info people need to decide what would suit their specific needs. One thing I do feel is important to point out is that in the past when I have had a part failure from SATV or when things didn’t work as planned they always told me that they are cool with me being honest and showing it. They asked for feedback and pictures on the failure and it seems they do take an active approach to revising and improving their various products.

@@AdrenalineJunkieProd I agree it's always good when a sponsor will let you have free reign and tell it like it is. I used to use SATV ask the time. I just found since Dorman bought them out, the quality and fitment have suffered. Hopefully as they continue they can get back to how they were before. They seem to have been very good sponsors though. And your machines do look great with all the SATV accessories.

@@mbrider2373 thanks man! Ya they have helped out with a lot of parts over the years. I’m lucky to have them in board and be so supportive. When any business gets bought out there is always a bit of a transition period. I too hope things continue to go well with their brand into the future.
