Fun fact they shot in real high level restaurants, NOMA actually won best restaurant of the world couple times. The fact they filmed there with the actual team says a lot about the production being all in the chef world foreals

As an artist, this episode is extremely overwhelming. I can’t help but aspire to a same level of dedication. There’s something so beautiful in creating, and having someone consume said creation. Whether it be physically, emotionally, or spiritually. Getting to take your experiences in life, and dedicate yourself to perfecting that craft is beyond inspiring to me. Seeing his life experiences being reflected in the kitchen, and craft, to eventually be expressed on Sid’s plate, and then for her to appreciate, and become inspired from it is just so beautiful.

Both has won two Oscars to this day (The Social Network and Soul), and an Emmy (Watchmen) and are currently two of the most regarded musicians in BSO for movies and TV Series. The album Ghosts V: Together, from where is this track and "Hope We Can Again" was released at the beginning of Covid-19 outbreak (along Ghosts VI: Locust, another remarcable album). If you like it, check out those albums and the BSOs they have done to this day, you'll find good stuff.

Please vist the wonderful museums, aquarium, lakefront beaches, river architecture tours, Navy Pier, the Bean....i could go on and on. The food is also amazing, Italian Beef sandwiches are a must, and i recommend tavern style pizza over deep dish, but try both! Excited for you to experience our city!

Before going to Chicago, watch "The Blues Brothers" movie. It's part comedy, part musical, and part action movie. And it's ridiculous. But it taps a lot into the culture and history of Chicago in the 19'70s. It's a fun watch!

I don't think that theme would suit their characters. It needs more philosophical insight and deep discussion. Wr can write an 100 page book about Rust's character. If someone sees it as just another detective story, it's waste. Acc to me, it is by far the greatest single season of tv ever. And it is not for everyone

I didn't like this episode, but I think I understand why it had the Kaleidoscopic structure it did. I loved the music in the background. I think the purpose was to convey how shattered Carmy's mind and his thoughts are after what happened to him during the Bear's opening night. He's completely emotionally and cognitively scattered, and pinballing backwards and forwards between memories and moments at work in the present, where he's on autopilot, but an autopilot with a high level of stress and anxiety and suppressed anger. From here he's going to get shakier and more chaotic before he can settle down and improve again.

I think season 3 just has a different vibe to it, is not perfect, is not amazing, i feel that is just like a transition season, like a preparation for many things that are going to come in future seasons. I might be wrong, but I think I just enjoyed for what it is. Honestly, I wasn't expecting it to be great, so I was satisfied with some of its good moments.
