Japanese Red vinyl 1986 and 1982 original master vinyl is the go to.

The Japanese Please Please Me I have in my collection is basically a 100% copy of the original British album, with the original front and back covers and same lineup, but it sounds REALLY good. I think mine is from the Japanese pressing of The Beatles Collection box. A bit of Engrish in the printed lyrics: "I'll remember all the rittle things we've done."

Maybe they did this way trying to minimize inner groove distortion. By placing the less loud songs at the end of each side. You know these Japanese audiophiles are something. 😅
