So it's common that foreigners to NOT enjoy njera. I am not alone 😏 You really need the right chef. It took 2 or 3 before I found tasty njera! 🥳💯🎯

If you know how to balance Injera with the sauce, you will love it. When you eat Injera, make sure you scoop, the right amount of sauce. If you eat Injera by itself, it is sour.
