For the naysayers.....this is a Master cut......not everyone has this skill........you do not cut 3-4 inches of hair for eveness sake. For some thats 3-4 years of growth. Bravo stylist BRAVO💗

Black hair only grows 3-4 inches every 3-4 years. I didn't know that. My hair grows that in 7 months.
@kamikoils93365 жыл бұрын
Nancy Reichenbach where’d you hear that at? Not true hun! I Big chopped my waist length relaxed hair in January of 2015 to go natural and in 2 1/2 years my hair was back at waist length. I’ve had countless ppl ask me how did I get my hair so long or what did I do to make it grow so fast. It’s just genetics...long thick hair run on both my sides of my family (mom & dad). Ironically, for some that answer isn’t always good enough. They think I’m holding out on some magical products or technique 🤷🏽♀️
@bellab415 жыл бұрын

3-4 inches is not 3-4 years of growth. On average, hair grows 1/2 inch per month.🤦♀️
@terrancemaloney294 жыл бұрын
@@nicolelewis6312 You must also consider hair loss during the growing process. Hair naturally sheds, some people trim their ends regularly, and single strand knots cause breakage...with tight curl patterns. So yes it can take a long time to retain 3-4 inches of growth for some.

@moaningminnie78635 жыл бұрын
Lasonya Johnson well I don’t know what you mean a silk press, do you mean curling irons to straighten. I don’t have the same type of hair as your friend but hairdressers deal with all types of hair. I don’t think it’ll do her any harm having it done, to continue would damage her hair. I feel if you don’t want that treatment that’s fine for you, nobody can force you. Hair is a personal thing and personally my hair is very frizzy so I’ve had Keratin treatment which is fabulous for me going on holiday, my hair keeps sleek and smooth in very humid weather.

You're more likely to piss off or upset your client if you go extreme like that, she evened out the situation without taking a full 4/5 inches off the poor girl's hair. She's more likely to come back for a trim in due time than if she had chopped it. I am overdue for a trim myself, but the last stylist butchered my hair when I said I wanted a trim and I refuse to go back until I feel it's grown out.

Now being 53, oh how I miss my hair so, it’s so thin now and mostly on the top & sides. What saddens me even more is that my daughter is only 31 and her hair is SUPER THIN, breaks my heart. My oldest son shaved his hair when he was like, I dunno 23, because of balding, thank goodness he’s a guy & it really looks good on him and he has an awesome beard that makes it look even better. I have been watching your videos for a few months and love how you can take hair to me very dry. Then at the end your customers have beautiful smooth hair
