Great educational video for housekeeping staff. I would suggest you attach and send to the Officer in charge of hotel services onboard and ask for a reply. The Officer, he or she perhaps can comp you a specialty dinner onboard or upgrade you to a suite with balcony and a nice view. What you went through in having to adjust your bed is unacceptable for a cruise line that is supposedly customer oriented. Never the less a funny video.😂😊 Have a nice remaining cruise. I luv cruising on Princess Cruise lines. I have done 32 cruises so far. Impeccable service and staff. Perhaps you can get a free cruise on Princess and compare cruise lines for your viewers in the future. You are the best!

Usually, I am highly envious of your Stature DTM. In this situation, I am momentarily happy to be a little dude who can sleep comfortably on one of those folding beds. Lol. BTW- you need to twist the bed sheets into a rope and apply a fair amount of tension tying the two mattresses together else the body weight will still sink into the middle junction. Hilarious episode!
