Gives Me goosebumps every time I hear it. I will be 60 tomorrow so I grew up listening to these guys. They are like angels their voices there will never be another sounds like The Bee Gees. They are more talented than the Beatles in my opinion and nobody in the world has harmonies like these three guys did. Jesus broke the mold after these guys.

The chorus, Run to me whenever your lonely...is sung by Robin and Maurice! A REALLY GREAT song with Robin singing lead is "I Can't See Nobody" To me it is in the same sort of genre as "Run To Me"

The great session man, Clem Cattini ("Telstar," etc.) on drums with those magical syncopated rolls at the end. A wonderful touch which really contributes to building the drama of the song. I've always loved that bit. Thank you, Clem! Also, the fabulous Bill Shepherd did all the Bee Gees' orchestration from their early days up to the early-mid-'70s, including "Run to Me," from 1972's "To Whom It May Concern" album. It has been said (and I concur) that NOBODY used orchestration to greater effect in pop songs than did the Bee Gees, and Bill Shepherd's contribution should not be overlooked.
