I think a lot of people do not fully understand her aim. She is an educator, she is giving a full picture of where food comes from. One of her teacher friends once told her, that students thought rice grew on trees. Clearly, her goal is to give a full life cycle of where food comes from. from planting, to harvest to cooking. She even shows how she uses wast leaves being feed to her goat and chickens. She shows hoe she does her video production from camera placement to editing. I personally think she is a god send, we should appreciate her artful approach.

Lmaoo thought Im the odd one. Everytime she does that, I will automatically smile. I love the sound. 一年以前都是她自己边拍边做的，后来才请了一个摄影师，其实剪辑什么的人家自己也会，看她什么都是自己会先学的，并且都是从零做起，做个豆腐都是从种豆开始，就是为是让人知道是怎么来的，她在大陆现在很红，但也从不上电视节目，也不希望人家到她那里打扰她，她从小跟着爷爷奶奶在农村长大，比较辛苦，所以也什么都要做要学，也才有现今的手艺

I hate saying this, but the more videos i watch, the more I feel a bigger corporation (Film/Television) is behind the production of these videos. With the cinematography/Scenery and angles of the shots combined with the traditional music and editing style, even the simple fact of how it gets uploaded to the internet, let alone KZbin.. ugh i just dont know how authentic all this is. To be fair, these videos feel like they are meant for people to just plainly enjoy, not to ponder the reality of it all, just to sit back and enjoy a wholesome experience, especially now a days.

That a TEAM (weather it be a television/media company OR just a bunch of people) is behind the cinematography and overall production of these videos. That's all I was presuming, and there isn't anything wrong with a new fan to ponder the authentication of the videos they're watching. Stop trying to drive away new viewers by being rude. If you're a long time fan, maybe try welcoming the obviously newer ones if they are asking questions that have been answered in previous videos. Good day

Unfortunately, I just saw a lot of Koreans attacking her and China in the video of Liziqi making spicy cabbage. They insist that kimchi is a traditional food unique to South Korea, and that in fact there are ethnic Koreans in northeast China. The history of making kimchi in China is much earlier than that in South Korea. What's even more unfortunate is that South Koreans claim they are the most authentic in the world when in fact North Korea still exists. Li Ziqi shows how the Chinese ethnic Koreans and Sichuan province make spicy cabbages, which are completely different from kimchi. Unfortunately, South Koreans don't listen, they even ignore Li Qi's words in the video introduction. The introduction to the video makes that very clear. This is the Chinese Korean way. I know, then, that arguing with Koreans is futile. Let's just admit that the whole universe is Korean. Hahaha hahaha

In order to demonstrate their independence, they began to fabricate a history that they did not have, describing Chinese culture as their own. It's ridiculous that their history is written in Chinese. The names of their countries are all conferred by the Chinese emperor. After World War II, they deleted Chinese characters, making it difficult to distinguish many expressions, so now their ID cards are still marked in Chinese.

She apparently fell and was injured when she used to film alone so she got a cameraman to help her but she was a DJ before she moved home so that’s how she know how to edit the video and sound. I think she uses Final Cut Pro on an iMac :)
