Russell M Nelson focusing on being peacemakers in the September magazine… makes me think of D&C 45 “68 And it shall come to pass among the wicked, that every man that will not take his sword against his neighbor must needs flee unto Zion for safety. 69 And there shall be gathered unto it out of every nation under heaven; and it shall be the only people that shall not be at war one with another.” Are we being prepared now to be those people mentioned in this scripture?

I definitely think this is the last war, I always did. I feel sorry for all those caught up in it. I think It will only grow until it is WW3. All we can do is try to get the things that we think will be helpful in a war senario. Eg black out curtains, over the counter meds if we use them and learn sprout wheat. God bless all ✌️

What I'm waiting for is for Russia to start going South and join against Israel. The war of Gog and Magog starts by the land next to the Black sea which is exactly where Russia and Ukraine are. So I'm convinced that war is going to evolve but that was the start of it all.

My major reason why this isn’t the Armageddon is because Israel will become whole as a nation before the war starts. It hasn’t. But I do believe this will lead to Israel becoming whole.

@@kurstenmason7132 Ezekiel 37:22 There will be one nation in the land of Israel again. Though this could’ve happened when it first became a nation in 1948. But it did become invaded almost immediately.

@@Shtinamin I’ve always considered 1948 as Israel becoming a nation, and 2018 when the U.S. embassy moved to Jerusalem as the city officially becoming its capital. I guess there’s an argument that those things don’t make Israel ‘whole’, but perhaps that won’t happen until Christ returns.

It would be incredible - but the trouble is they don't come to the same conclusions (which is to be expected when interpreting information about something that hasn't happened yet). Gospel Lessons tends to view the Second Coming as still quite a way off, and Jared tends to view it as quite soon.

Thanks for the suggestion. I focus on both prophets and scriptures. They go together. Many times the quotes I collect have scriptures imbedded in them with the correct interpretation of that scripture. I also collect scriptures on my "Quotes: A-Z" spreadsheet. 🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻🌻
