So beautiful because you can tell that stories becoming more attentive to her mom‘s voice that she literally knows that that’s her mama and she enjoys being with her. I’d love love how Bella involves her in everything so she’s teaching her and they’re having fun at the same time absolutely love this duo together And I love their family and I’m so happy that story is a part of your family. She just fits in your family. It’s amazing She’s absolutely adorable. I can’t believe how big she’s getting but she’s just getting cuter and cuter and cuter. Another reason not to give it to her besides the high amount of protein, is the artificial sweeteners (like in the sugarless Jello mixes). I was reading a news article today about how even certain chemicals in stevia are cancer-causing. (I know actual sugar isn't much better. Lately I've been using dates in my sweets! They do add some extra calories, but I feel it's worth the trade off!)

It looks delicious. I wonder if it can be made without the ninja thingy. And, to be fair, it is not sugar FREE. It is low in sugar. The protein shake i think has 2 grams and the pwder hass 3 grams.

So you’re making actually like chocolate ice cream?! I do that with yogurt.. one who eats that much protein in one meal has to be very active to burn it up all that protein, which is needed if you’re doing a lot of exercise, which I do believe you do. Since I am as old as I am, which is 68 I have to keep my protein down lower than most, but I am walking or doing aerobics in the pool most of the time daily.. but I eat more than 60 g of protein a day. look at her with her little gold bracelet her earrings in the bow and her hair. She’s so cute!!😮❤🎉
