In ancient China doctors were only paid when the client was healthy so the physicians had an interest and motivation to keep them healthy ..not like we do in the U.S. - they get paid even when the patient dies and many times they avoid prosecution when the autopsy states "no conclusive results".

So sadly correct. The American way of death. We aren't living as a nation, we're dying with just a little bit of life to barely sustain us. Worse than that, they have much to gain by keeping us barely breathing - it's great for business at Big Pharma. They want repeat customers - not well ones!

Docs wouldn't make much money. More of them would quit. Less people would want to become doctors. A lot of docs would also move to areas where there are more healthy people in general to make more money.

My friend was misdiagnosed by his doctor 3 times this year. Finally he had emergency heart surgery after an ER doctor found heart blockage. Afterward, a "nutritionist" told him to continue his regular diet -- big portions of meats, cheese, chips, sweets, but soda etc.- but try not to use so much added salt. REALLY?! This is why I follow Dr Fuhrman's advice. I am healthier than ever eating healthy.

I got news for you Dr Fuhrman not everyone is fat or obese. I am actually below my optimal weight so my goal is to gain more weight consisting of mostly muscle utilizing a sensible eating plan. exercise and supplements. I do use organic unrefined coconut oil to cook with and put on salads with organic red wine vinegar. I see nothing wrong with that oil because it can be cooked on a high heat unlike olive oil.

What about the cadmium content of flaxseed? Flax absorbs cadmium, the way tea absorbs fluoride. Is there a study out there, evaluating the levels of cadmium in long term users of flaxseed?

Dr Greger recommends no more than 1 ground tablespoon of flax per day long term due to the naturally high levels of cyanide. I imagine that would address the cadmium too.

I'm not perfect at this or anything that I do but I feel fantastic, am satiated all the time so eat less as one of the many positive side effects to the nutritarian diet!

Try Camelina! Almost as much omega-3 fatty acids as flax and loaded with all 8 forms of vitamin E. Most oils have VERY LITTLE vitamin E including flax. Very high smoke point so very good for cooking. Camelina oil tastes far better than flax. All the vitamin E gives it a VERY LONG shelf life so does not go rancid. One of the names of Camelina is False Flax. I buy Camelina oil by the gallon and use it my CBD pain relief ointment. The vitamin E is a great preservative for the ointment.

ron hanish gave up ALL eggs because they feed viruses and bacteria contributing to inflammation in the body. Very limited fruit oils like from olives and maybe an advocado 1x/week. Switch out the coconut oil to MCT oil to reduce all those triglycerides. Saturated fat, oilive oil are all bogging down the liver. Go easy on your liver. We would have nuts and seeds out in nature, coconut meat, not processed oils. Flax daily, pumpkin seeds are great.

Mindy DeBritos see this vid by Dr. Greger- talks about amla powder. kzbin.info/www/bejne/nn_NZ4ltoK6kfbs see this one about how legumes lower lipid levels kzbin.info/www/bejne/fX25kIKJo8qAp7c Also, oatmeal will bring cholesterol down. A healthy whole food plant based diet is important, but there are other specific foods [like oatmeal, legumes and amla] that will bring it lower if it's still too high, but [of course] I can't remember any more at the moment : ( but this should be a good start. search through these real truth about health, Dr. Greger's videos , and other vegan doc vids and you should be golden : )

Studies that talk about eating food resulting in dramatic cancer survival are notoriously unreliable. Survival depends on very significant changes not addition of single food. Be careful of elevating protein via beans, nuts as although far better than meat, elevation of protein is not consistent with longevity research.

Everyone needs a different diet. When I was 23 I ended up in hospital after being on a "healthy" vegetarian diet for 2 years. I went into allergy overload from mushrooms. Well, that was the last straw anyway. The doctors did allergy tests and I came back allergic to just about everything but especially mushrooms, mould and anything fermented, and all grains. I have lived with this for over 30 years. The only thing that saved me was going on a candida diet of meats, oils, veges, and very little fruit, as sugar feeds moulds. So all I'm saying is no one doctor has the magic cure for everyone. What is good for some is poison for others.

is this really this case? I've heard about this but there must be something we're missing here, no? It just doesn't seem to add up...I've hard lots of tons of these examples. First we have to ask ourselves what is allergies, really? And how do they come to exist? seems like there's nothing out there on it...

Dude (or dudet) .. you just have issues in the digestive system, please research it and you can sort it all out, it will take a few thousand dollars of tests .. and a skilled professional and a good amount of will to want to fix it all up .. your story is common .. your not actually allergic to the foods .. but you have leaky gut and perhaps other gut issues by now, so yes you will test as allergic but its not permanent .. its a result of your diet and lifestyle (its v common) .. search for GogiMan on youtube .. he is pretty good in this area and has ALL the video's you require to get your head around the issue(s) .. which are indeed complex .. but thats OK .. its not too bad ... and he even has the tests you need to qualify what issues you've developed. I hope that helps :-)

@dannac_8888
@dannac_8888 5 жыл бұрын
ron hanish Let's clarify, yes? Tomatoes are alkaline in the raw form (seeds are acidic). Cooked tomatoes become acidic. That's why you can't cook tomatoes in cast iron, they'll leech the iron off the pan. Raw seedless tomatoes are the most alkaline they can get. 🙏

This guy must be cherry picking his research.. Animal products are NOT bad They are incredibly beneficial and healthy VERY much so But not the processed animal products you see on the shelves I mean organic grass fed pasture raised naturally raised animals treated well in their lives.. This veganism religion philosophy is a disease/causes disease Do you really think this man is happy or has a good disposition or quality of life?? Or mcdougal etc? Just observe them.. And try some animal products yourself see how you feel Do some research regarding the nutrition of animal products and see if you can get literally all your nutrition needs from animals..
