I recently became serious with my morning routine. I find I feel more peaceful and more productive through the day when I start the day with intention. Woohooo!

love your videos, I can tell you are so excited about what you talk about! this energy is contagious! also, yes, bc of your previous vids I attempt to create my daily routine, and this video made me think that maybe I try too many things at once, bc sometimes the daily routine I've created makes me tired and after doing it - instead of feeling good or inspired I just want to crawl back into bed.. I'll follow your advice and try adding things gradually. have a great day and thanks for all you do! kisses from Poland :)

I'm happy to hear the energy is contagious! :) I know what you mean about sometimes trying to add too many things to your routine at once. I hope that by adding things gradually, you start seeing the benefits of starting a new daily routine :) Keep me updated! xo

I have been doing a daily routine or daily schedule for a little over a year now. I break routine for doctor's appointments, volunteer work, and other things, but then jump right back into my schedule. It relieves my mind on what to do because I have it all planned out every single day. The time I have scheduled for projects and errands may have different activities day to day, but at least I know what time to do them at.

I feel like you were talking directly to me! I have been struggling for over a year to establish any kind of morning routine and it's so disheartening. In another video, the vlogger said you have to always remember why you are doing it. That's when I realized: I have no idea why. I think that is a major roadblock for me. As a recent college grad facing that age-old smack-in-the-face realization that my major had nothing to do with my purpose in this world, I am now feeling really directionless and lost. You talk about self discipline and living intentionally, and having control over our days rather than leaving it up to chance. For a while now I have been in this mindset of "go with the flow" and "listen to my body and mind" but I wonder if I'm taking it too far and just being unintentional. You mention adjusting your routine when necessary; i would love to know what would make you change your routine. This is what I get in the habit of doing until I have no routine left; and here I am. Anyway thanks for this video, I will be watching more of your channel and subscribing!

Know that it’s okay to feel a little lost at times. We don’t always have the answers. The times when I’ve felt that way, I take some time to myself, re-commit to my morning routine of journaling and reflecting and adjusting goals or setting new ones. It’s about finding the balance between listening to your body/mind and taking deliberate action, even if that means taking action toward figuring out what it is you DO want out of life. The fact that you were here watching this says a lot about some changes you’re ready to start making :) ❤️

Thank you for your good wishes! And yes, I can totally agree. The last few month I was just all over the place and I started to notice how depleted I felt and I noticed the decision fatigue. So now I made myself a daily schedule I can stick to for the next time.

Freedom....Only for people with no kids or husband. Doesn't matter what kind of routine you imagine, it's impossible to follow when your family wants smth. first. I had routine for 15 years, it all ruined now.
