I have the same question can you use PEMF and RED LIGHT simultaneously ? also I am a fan of cold showers / cold plunges - where they could have their place in the queue ?

Love these videos. I wish Dr. J would do a video on Osteoradionecrosis of the jaw bone and HBO therapy. I'm about to get my 40th HBO session (2 hours at 2.4 atm) to treat this condition and HBO is basically my only treatment option. Though I did request to also be put on the PENTO Protocol (Pentoxifylline and Tocopherol) when I first found out I had ORN two years ago, and that seems to have really helped me stabilize the bone loss. Now I just need a little bone repair in my jaw bone, which hopefully HBO will initiate.

Dr J. Thank you for all your great content. Do you happen to have a video discussing different oxygen masks and masks vs cannulas for HBOT ? TY🙏

I've just received my QRS pemf mat and was planning on offering it to lay on whilst using the whole body red light therapy over the top of the body. I did some research to come to the conclusion that this was a good thing to do. I can't think of any reason why not to do then together, can you??

Is doing Hbot (1.5 atmospheres) twice a day less effective than once a day if you do same number of sessions.

HBOT is one thing but PEMF, grounding, and all the other woo? I can't understand how someone with scientific and medical training can make the the cognitive leap between proven science and pseudoscience.
