I feel a lot better since I stopped drinking coffee, it is the third month, but my life changed significantly. It changed things in many areas, including: - anxiety, - sleep problems, - general mental disruption, - digestive system problems in general, - sweating and body smell (since our body is exposed to high stress by caffeine it secretes much more sweat than usual) It took just 1 - 2 months to solve my unsolvable life problems, and it was only to stop drinking coffee. It was a priceless change for me. Try it - stop drinking coffee for 2 months, but remember, don't drink even a cup by this time. I don't know the science background, but I think coffee stays for very long in the body.

I quit 7 days ago, cold turkey!! I’m also a 7month Carnivore so I think that my withdrawals haven’t been that bad at all. Slight tension headache first day, irritability for most days, slight sadness in the mornings….hopefully another 7 days and I’ll feel amazing!! Pro tip: Hydrate.Hydrate.Hydrate. And eat real butter, yes I said that. Go ahead and take a big bite, it’ll change your life!!

Day 11 I feel absolutely mellow like the state I was in when I was a child. My body is working hard to adjust and I feel sooooooo tired during the day, thank god I have a break from work so I can totally surrender Amazing vivid dreams and a calmness thats almost serene like 😊 Edit: Day 15! I am now enlightened 😊🙌💎😇

Everyone drinks caffeine because we’re not getting enough sleep, and then caffeine prevents us from getting sleep. It’s a viscous cycle. And we’re also scared of the withdrawal from caffeine which stops us quitting. Like all drugs - it’s best to never start in the first place. Never start = no problems

I wanted to quit smoking so I quit drinking coffee because thats 2 was connected habits that I had, and now I don't drink coffee and I don't smoke. Just change your habits and it's easy

@JustinMerkys I'm still committed to quitting, I notice I'm not dehydrated as before, lessend anxiety and I can fall asleep faster, but unfortunately for me, I still feel tired even though I sleep enough hours. I hope I can feel energized soon.

This is the best and most usefull video about quitting caffeine. I have quit caffeine for 3times But i vent back drinking caffe tea energydrinks after about 2 months and always drink more than before like minimum 12 expressos plus teas. I'm quitting now again this time for good. Day one! Going to be a horrible

Quit drinking alcohol over 60 days ago. Next up is caffeine. Yesterday and today I drank only 6 ounces of coffee each morning. I’m weaning myself off. Tomorrow I plan to drink 3 ounces. For me if I don’t wean slowly o get awful headaches.

I want to quit coffee but so far I just couldn't do it. I'm like a junky. I do have a really good suggestion for increasing serotonin though.... home-made banana tea before bed. Simmer some bananas with the skins on for 15 minutes. Not only does it increase serotonin but also endogenous DMT. It lifts the mood, helps you sleep and dream more. I've also noticed that colours are a lot brighter when I drink it!!

The easiest way to quit for me was to fast from all food for five days. I went 6 weeks without coffee or tea. I am two weeks back on and my mentally I am more miserable now.

Awesome video, it helped me to decide to reduce my caffeine intake, starting today! I am at 4 cups a day, decreasing to 2 cups for now and 1 cup after a week. Wish me luck. 😄

@@Charlie-eq3dj I am now taking one cup a day and will for the rest of my life. I can't lie, sometimes the morning after a long night, i think about another cup but now i know its useless and i always feel better! My stomach doesn't feel too full in the morning and my energy is back! The first week, my withdrawal symptoms were headache, tired, difficulty concentrating and mood swings. I realize i was addicted!!

day 8, drinking mostly Teeccino herbal coffee 100% caffeine free, but I did have a couple sips of pure coffee and it hit me weirdly like I didn't like that feeling

The less you sleep what is supposed to be a normal sleep, the less you live. Coffee deprives you from normal sleep. The mind is active, but the body is tired and can not recover. This causes a lot of different illnesses throughout the life.
