I think I only made this comment to talk about the appearance, I think it reminds me a lot of the port of "NFS Porsche Unleashed" for the GBA or the Visual Impact games like "Corvette" and "Ford Racing 3" which also feature 3D graphics on the GBA which resembles this scratch game in my view
