I have had the Cadenza 4 for 2 months now. I really enjoy them a lot. My only wish is that there was a tiny bit more quantity in the bass. But the bass quality is extremely good.

@@3ildcard To me it's the best 100$-ish planar available right now and punches even higher of its price, has a very pleasing warm tune (that shows everything good about fast and rumbly planar's bass without getting muddy by any means) and offers an excellent level of detail without being offensive in the highs (like most planar usually are) while having a very natural and balanced rapresentazion of the mids... It's probably the only planar that I didn't feel the need to EQ out of the box. Also it's built like a tank, looks beautiful with a tasteful design and it's also fairly compact and very comfy to wear, basically it doesn't have any particular flaws especially for its price target and main competitors. Maybe it's not an endgame IEM, but it still is a very good pair :)

It's a great hybrid for sure, and Letshuoer still has ~7 of them up on eBay for $199 at the moment. If you snag it for that price (or if it goes on sale for 11.11 or the like) you're scoring a heck of a deal!

Letshuoer has been killing it lately. S08, S12 '24 edition, S15 and now Cadenza 4. The overall tuning seems to be very pleasant and suited for longer listening sessions.

The DD is chambered and the opening leading to the acoustic tube is as narrow as the ones in the BAs so that low end must be quite unique...

This is a pretty interesting set. Definitely feels overlooked, and not just by you as well. I LOVE the white/light gray aesthetics, though the shape of the faceplates is somehow repulsive to me. I don't even know why! 🤯 Otherwise seems like a good platform for EQ in my case, and the price is still within the realm of possibility. Thank you very much for the video and everything else! 🙏🏻

It's tough to pick a favourite mid-fi set at this point due to how good just about everything's gotten. I wasn't aware of the characteristics between drivers of different materials till you spoke about it. Pretty interesting how beryllium performs

Awesome specs, good spot to hype it. Never herd of it myself or seen it elsewhere. SO8, is that better than the S12 do people think, was going to get the SO8 looks dope and good price, don’t have a planar, S12 always seems to be hyped a lot, but never sure with so many alliterate tunings, still supine to be more closer to planar tamba. I like things more warm, SO8 seems to lean a bit more this way, but any advice welcome from the community 👍🙂
