Amazing! The best Altoids kit I have seen!! Just 2 minor things to make it even better: - add one or two imodiums (diarrhea is not fun...) - pre-thread all your hooks and have them all taped at the top (it can be cold, you can have an injury,... and that makes it hard to thread a hook); lose hooks are dangerous... you tend to get "hooked" :) Really nitpicking now: - add one small eye drop disposable plastic vial (the tinny ones) - add one of those expandable cloths (can be used to filter water, as a bandage, ...) Again, this is clearly the best I have seen... And I've seen a lot! (probably more than I care to admit! ;-) ) Well done! Gained a Sub!

This is great! I'm trying to keep my edc as compact as possible and leave room for a good multi tool like you! Love all the stuff you crammed in there!

You can add a bread tie so you can use it with the produce bag for when you gather water to save for a later time.

Thank you! I tried to get as many useful items as possible in it 🔥🔥🧡

The produce bag. You can fill and mark different levels of water for the correct amounts for the purifier tabs. And even if you do spring a leak a duct tape patch works. It take a little time to refold to original size.

Lots of goodies in there. You need to secure the hooks and smaller items because if you open the tin out in the bush and everything spills out, you’ll never find them again.

That is a darn good Altoids survival kit. The paradox is that it is bigger on the inside!

Awesome! This is the most packed tin I've seen.

This is very well done. I especially like the fact that you used a real multitool.

Thanks! Definitely wanted to put one in, the pliers and scissors are amazing.

It’s a good kit and well worth carrying 👍 (People saying mini survival kits are a waste of time are missing the point completely)

I keep it in my backpack, I mean it's small and decently light. I like knowing this thing would help immensely if needed.

You should keep the compass as far as you can from the magnet of the flashlight... 👍

Also never let loose those small items, a small credit card holder is cheap AF, thats why altoids is used. i have in my wallet a full edc for urban, and if i have my backpack which i almost always have, i can survive even more

A golf pencil should fit in there if you wanted a pencil.
@EDC-Paradox Жыл бұрын
Trueee, I should get something like that or at least cut down a #2 pencil to fit!

Awesome kit. Jmho but the tool is way too bulky for a kit that size.

Trueeeee! I have a few that I keep in other bags, hopefully I'd be able to get to one of those if it happened to get scratched. 🧡

It might be good to put a small piece of sugar-free gum to use as a tooth filling (lasts much longer unused than those dental kit fillers). Maybe you could avoid poor Tom Hanks' problem in Cast Away LOL. You could also put a wide ranger band around the circumference/lid to secure it better and keep it a bit more waterproof.

Nicely done! Is there anything under what looks like duct tape on the lid?

A couple fishing hooks, I thought I mentioned it in the vid but if not I should have lol
@sageata_verde24 күн бұрын
never understood this survival edc tins, if you go outside hiking have a decent kit, in urban situations its the only place i see these...and most of the things you have there i have in my daily camping carry on that is a lil bit bigger and better. Redundancy in a kit like this is useless, especially for fire! a bic lighter is all you need, and a good cheap firestarter from china is around 5eurto for a lifetime....
