What angle would the stick be for set with a driver?

Hey Jeff! when you setup pose the club down your toe line with the shaft parallel to the ground Put the stick 2-3 inches above that from down the line view That would work for all clubs

For the alignment rod how high do you place it, wrist height? And how far from trail side?

Hey Chris! Yep thats about right on height... How far from trail side---if you setup and pose a takeaway with the club down your toe line roughly parallel to the ground.....the rod should be about 3/4 of the way down the shaft

How do you avoid hitting it fat whe you’re coming so far inside like in the drill?

Hey Corey! You move the low point forward (where you hit ground) mainly through 1. Body rotation 2. Weight shift 3. Arms moving forward as they shallow Remember getting it over 4 o'clock is an EXAGGERATED....FEEL.....so that in reality when you hit the club comes down right on plane roughly 3 o'clock down your toe line.

Eric doesn't this contradict the your video of two years ago "The Easiest and fastest way to shallow your Club" where you show to swing the club outside not inside; I have to admit I pretty confused.

Hey Jim! sorry for any confusion! Just two different way to get the same outcome. Some like vanilla, others like chocolate....but both are great ice creams. That video was all about the CLUB/SHAFT tho.....keep that in mind. The idea there was to get the CLUB HEAD more outside on way back.......BUT.....with HANDS still in! Thats ONE way to get the opposite reaction on way down......exaggerated example there would be a Jim Furyk or Matthew Wolf This one is about just getting the depth done right away......still dont want the club head whipping inside the hands tho....idea here is about the HANDs/ARMS depth Hope that helps
